Make Notion To-Do List With a Block
If you want to make a to-do list in Notion using the to-do list block, do these steps:
- Create a new page in Notion.
- Type "/to-do" to add the checkbox block or click “+” button and chose “To-Do List” option.
- To add multiple to-do blocks, replicate step 2. Or, click on the block, do the left-clicking to open menu, and select "Duplicate".
- To squeeze your to-do list into a smaller space, create two columns. Select one to-do block, open the menu by right-clicking, select "Turn Into," and then "2 Column."
Other useful shortcuts:
If you want to duplicate your to-do list use the shortcut CTRL or CMD + D.
If you want to add a reminder to your to-do list, type "@Today", “Tomorrow”, "@Next Monday, etc.
